After graduating from the European Business School (EBS) at Regents University (London), Robin built a successful multi-decade career in small cap equity research / brokerage and related ECM activities in the City of London. 

Robin became a leading commentator/advisor on small and mid-cap investment across the wider DACH region. He helped build some of the most successful small-cap franchises in London for Dresdner Kleinwort, Citigroup (Schroders) and Commerzbank amongst others.

Robin is a keen investor and recognised a growing need for equity financing of start-ups when the global financial crises cut-off bank sourced lending. Whilst private markets across Europe are slowly maturing, they remain unstructured and messy and are too fragmented. Robin believes the public market disciplines of written research, secondary markets, ESG reporting, not to mention compliance, should progressively emerge in private markets.

Robin is married with three children and lives in West Suffolk. He works from offices in Bury St Edmunds and London.
